To make a long story short

I was born in Hamburg and raised in Barcelona by German-Argentine parents, which makes introducing myself to new people a rather elaborate affair.

I studied Media, Culture and Communications at the University of the Arts in Berlin, and for almost a decade I have worked as a cultural manager and communications consultant for public and private institutions such as C/O Berlin, La Fábrica or the Barcelona Institute of Culture.

In 2017, aiming to sharpen my creative problem solving skills, I spent a year at the HPI School of Design Thinking in Berlin, learning and practicing human-centered design. Soon after I started working as a freelance UX researcher and design thinking facilitator, while continuing to pursue what had always been my parallel career: writing and editing.

Looking back, my refusal to leave my room more than strictly necessary from ages 6 to 12 in order to binge-read and my first internship at a publishing house shortly after paved the way for a lifelong inclination for the written word. I have contributed essays and interviews to a wide range of online and print magazines and worked as an editorial coordinator and content producer for clients such as Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt, Dazed Studio, the Barcelona Art Factories Programme or Loop Barcelona.

I'm a writer, editor and creative consultant based in Barcelona, and I work in Spanish, English and German.
